Living on Whidbey Island

About Lyle Ridge

Lyle Ridge was carved from the Muzzall Family Ranch, a 600 acre working ranch and farm. The property
was originally settled in the early 1900s by Lyle Muzzall, great grandfather of the present owners, Ron and Shelly Muzzall. Lyle Ridge is situated above Penn Cove, overlooking Coupeville, and is within a designated nature preserve that guarantees its continued rural setting. The property is centrally located 8 minutes from Coupeville and 10 minutes from Oak Harbor. Lots feature a commanding territorial and water views of Central Whidbey Island.

Lyle Ridge features 1/2 to 1/3 acre lots, security entrance gate and indigenous rock wall facing Scenic Heights Road. The property provides sunny open views while offering the comfort of a thoughtfully designed intimate neighborhood of residential country homes. Lyle Ridge is a homeowner association managed community.
